Working Principle

Grease-containing wastewater first enters the solid-liquid separation chamber, where food residues and suspended solids are automatically intercepted and discharged.

The wastewater then flows into the oil-water separation zone. By utilizing the density difference between oil and water, combined with dissolved air flotation (DAF) technology, grease rapidly rises to the surface while sludge naturally settles to the bottom. Inclined plate and inclined screen buffering technologies further enhance separation efficiency.

The built-in temperature control system maintains grease fluidity, ensuring reliable operation year-round. Floating grease is automatically collected and removed by the skimming system, while settled sludge can be periodically discharged through a bottom drain valve.

The treated water is then discharged in compliance with environmental standards.
