Gravity Grease Interceptor Installation

This project is a successful installation of a gravity-based (non-powered) grease interceptor system for a commercial kitchen wastewater treatment upgrade.
The system adopts an underground installation design with a prefabricated stainless steel tank body, combined with concrete foundation support and removable access covers for easy inspection and maintenance. Wastewater flows through a natural gravity process, allowing grease, oil, and solids to separate efficiently without any electrical power.
In real operation, the system effectively prevents pipeline clogging caused by grease accumulation, reduces odor issues, and significantly lowers the load on downstream wastewater treatment facilities. Its compact underground structure makes it ideal for restaurants, hotels, central kitchens, and food processing facilities.
Key Advantages:
No power required, energy-saving and low maintenance
Underground installation saves indoor space
Corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction
Efficient oil-water separation reduces pipe blockage
Easy inspection and cleaning access
The system is now operating stably, providing a reliable, eco-friendly, and cost-effective wastewater pre-treatment solution for the facility.
